• Screen installation, maintenance, and technical support
• Advertising content management and campaign reporting tools
• Venue advertising network management

Eligibility & Authorized Use

You agree to use CaptiView services only for lawful and authorized business purposes. You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or software
• Interfere with website or platform functionality
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Misrepresent business information or advertising content
• Use the platform in violation of applicable laws or regulations

CaptiView reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

Advertising Content

Advertisers are solely responsible for submitted advertising content. By submitting content to CaptiView, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to all submitted materials
• Content complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• Content is accurate and not false, misleading, or defamatory

CaptiView reserves the right to review, reject, pause, modify, or remove advertising content at its sole discretion for any reason, including content quality, compliance, or network suitability.

Intellectual Property

All website content, software, graphics, branding, trademarks, and related materials are the property of CaptiView, LLC unless otherwise stated. No portion of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or exploited without written permission.

Payments & Billing

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize payment according to your agreed contract terms. Failure to maintain payment obligations may result in:

• Suspension of advertising campaigns
• Removal of advertisements from the network
• Service interruption
• Collection activity where permitted by law

Separate signed agreements may govern advertiser-specific billing terms.

Venue Partner Responsibilities

Venue partners agree to:

• Maintain reasonable access to installed equipment
• Avoid tampering with hardware or software
• Notify CaptiView of outages or technical issues
• Cooperate with maintenance and service requests

CaptiView retains ownership rights to all installed equipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from CaptiView related to your account, services, and partnership. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CaptiView shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website, platform, or services. CaptiView’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable services giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

CaptiView services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or specific advertising performance outcomes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

CaptiView reserves the right to modify these Terms or services at any time. We will post updates on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
